The traffic, which began on Thursday, June 1 around 11 a.m., is stemming from a blocked right lane on the Hutchinson River Parkway southbound in Scarsdale between Exit 12 (Mamaroneck Road) and Exit 13 (Mamaroneck Avenue), according to numerous reports.

The cause of the lane blockage has not yet been revealed by authorities.
